Sunday Notes: April 15, 2012

1-      Today after Masses, we are celebrating the Parish Annual Feast “Shera d-Mar Auraha” at Western Regional Park in Glendale (on Bethany Home & 83^rd Ave) (from 3:00pm-7:00pm). Bring your lunch with you.

2-      Next week catechism school resumes in all THREE centers (in Gilbert too).

3-      This Easter we sent (720) Easter Cards, so far we got about 70 back! If you didn’t receive the Easter card, please grab a registration form and re-write your FULL address and give it to the council.

4-      Sunday April 29^th, we having a Food festival at Holy Family Mission (2:00-4:00pm) Gass-shawirma.

5-      Raffle ticket of Our Diocese “Mercedes 2012” in support of the ‘Diocesan Seminary’ and the ‘Diocesan Convent.’ Drawing date will be on July 22^nd in San Diego, ticket donation is ($50). We urge each family to have one ticket to support the diocesan projects.

6-      Knights of Columbus Raffle tickets donation ($5). Several prizes could be received in Cash too.

7-      We are having a Trip to the Holy Land for 10 days, from July 25^th– August 3^rd ($3,500) per person. For more info contact the church office.

1-   اليوم بعد القداديس نتوجه الى بارك في مدينة كلينديل، لنحتفل بعيد مار اوراها.

2-   الاسبوع القادم ستعود كافة الفعاليات في الكنيسة وخاصة التعليم المسيحي.

3-   هذا العيد ارسلنا (720) معايدة لكم وقد رجعت الينا حوالي 70 معايدة. اذا لم تصلكم المعايدات عليكم تصحيح عنوانكم بملء الاستمارات الصغيرة عند الباب.

4-   الاحد 29 نيسان وبمناسبة عيدي: مار كيوركيس والربان هرمزد سيكون لدينا غذاء-كص في كنيسة العائلة المقدسة (2-4 عصرا).

5-   لدينا بطاقات يانصيب من الابرشية (سيارة مرسيدس 2012) تبرع البطاقة 50$. نرجوا من كافة العوائل الاشتراك في اليانصيب لان ريعه يذهب لدعم “الدير الكهنوتي” ودار الراهبات الابرشيات “فعلة الكرمة” في  سان دييكو. ويمكن تبديل الجائزة نقدا للرابح (44 الف دولار).

6-   هناك بطاقات يا نصيب لفرسان كولومبوس (5$) للبطاقة. هناك جوائز عديدة للسفر الى اوروبا، ويمكن تبديل الجائزة نقدا. نصف ارباح البطاقات ستذهب الى خورنتنا.

7-   ستقوم خورنتنا بسفرة الى القدس والاراضي المقدسة لمدة 10 ايام اثناء الصيف (25 تموز–3 اب) (3500 دولار للشخص). للمزيد من المعلومات بامكانكم الاتصال بكنيسة مار اوراها.
