Young Adults Church Gathering!
This gathering really gave insight to where we need to be in life as young adults and Christians in general. It was a chance for everyone to proclaim their faith and for some people, to begin their quest to find faith. It was a powerful gathering and many people were touched by the testimonies and the video that was presented. God’s presence filled the room and we were fortunate enough to have wonderful people helping to make all of this possible for us. It was the first time in all of my life where I was blessed with the opportunity to share my faith with everyone at church and encourage them to strengthen, if not find their own faith. We were very thankful to have Mar Bawai attend this gathering, as it gave us young adults the encouragement we need to continue moving forward in creating a New Young Adult Group. We wanted to know how people felt about this event so we handed out a short, anonymous questionnaire and collected them at the end of the
night. We also passed out sign-up sheets for those who were interested in growing with us and building our New Young Adult Group. Our feedback was very helpful and I am continuously praying that our group will grow and so will our faith.
